equipped at the Leadership Institute, the youth return to their communities to be an agent of hope. We enable them to accomplish this by partnering with local and global business leaders who are passionate about ushering in real transformation through empowerment initiatives that promote overall development in vulnerable communities.

We hired a young man, Kishan, to paint our offices a few years ago. Kishan was a hardworking young man, and as he painted, he observed what was happening. He saw compassionate people who treated him with respect. He watched young adults receive counseling and career training. He felt a sense of hope, peace, and joy all around.

Kishan was transformed by hope and started attending the Leadership Institute, where he was equipped and empowered. While at the Institute, he was burdened by his friends who desperately needed hope, and he started to plead with us to reach out to his village. As young lives began to transform, his family donated a piece of land to build a community center, a place for gathering, a place for children to receive general education, and a place for empowerment initiatives.

After completing his program at the Institute, Kishan is now back in his community, actively bringing healing, hope, and transformation. He is coordinating the educational, medical, and empowerment initiatives, including working with farmers to improve irrigation techniques and engaging in organic farming with the youth.
